Situated in the heart of Norway, just a few kilometres from the Olympic city Lillehammer and several Olympic venues. In the middle of this beautiful destination you will be taken care by the true Norwegian trolls, the fairytales and the mystic atmosphere given by the snow and the lights. Here you will have the opportunety to get in to the exciting norwegian culture and history. In these surroundings we offer mixed activities like ice climbing, sky trial, snow scooter and snow rafting wich all will bring the adrenalin-kick.

Together with the Ice Bar, our ice-cathedral and our fairytale-themed gourmet restaurant, you will get the breath-taking contrasts of elements. Like an amusement park - we will offer several attractions like gladiator, fairytale Palace, 4D show, horseback riding, ATV/ Snowscooter etc. In the café/ tea shop you can buy typical souvenirs, clothes and products made by well known Norwegian brands. This is a unique place both giving both giving the visitors a piece of Norway, mixed with actions and adventures you haven't seen before. Together with the worlds biggest Troll (14,5 metres) we like to wish you welcome to our winter fairytale.

Ice hotel

With elegant lighting and location close to the fairy tale castle, the ice hotel is the attraction of the year in Hunderfossen Winter Park.  Short distance to restaurants and hotel facilities.

The ice hotel features 20 decorated double rooms and is open for everybody to see during the opening hours of the winter park.  After closing time, the ice hotel is exclusively open for guests of the hotel seeking something very special.  Perfect for weddings and groups/events. 

The reception and the lounges are beautifully adorned with ice sculptures.  In the centre of the hotel you will find King Valemon's ice bar.

The room temperature varies from -3 to -7 Celsius.  Sleep tight in sleeping bags (approved for -30 Celsius) on top of skin rugs.  A unique accommodation experience we truly recommend.

Individuals:

Christmas: December 29th 2007 from 16:00– 20:00

Wednesdays from February 6th 2008 until March 12th 2008 from 16:30 to 20:00.

Saturdays from January 5th 2007 until March 15 th 2008 from 16:00 to 20:00. 

Groups:  Every day, by appointment. Please contact us for offer.

PRICES

NOK: 195,-. for Adults

Children from 5–11 yrs: NOK 145,-.

Group prices on request.

Prices:  Entrance to the Winterpark including all activities in the park. Also includes 1 round of ATV (drivers licence required).There might be some changes in opening dates and opening hours.
