Håkons Hall is today one of the world’s most flexible multi-purpose halls and can offer a world of opportunities. The hall’s floorspace, capacity and layout provides excellent conditions for both large and small events. There are wonderful rooms adjacent to the entrance and reception, which may easily serve as a functional secretariat.

Håkons Hall is used for sporting, cultural and commercial events both summer and winter. Handball tournaments, dance galas, trade fairs, congresses and banquets are staged in flexible and adaptable floor space and surroundings. The magnificent architecture, the Olympic egg and the climbing wall serve as an excellent backdrop for any event. The Norwegian Olympic Museum is located in Håkons Hall, and here you can experience Olympic history from 1896 and up to modern times. Håkons Hall

Banquets
Håkons Hall is able to serve up to 2000 persons for dinner simultaneously in the hall. With lighting, decoration and table decorations and settings, the hall can be transformed into a charming and cosy restaurant. A stage with entertainment, music and a separate dance floor is easily put in place. The hall can be divided into smaller sections as needed in order to ensure a more intimate setting. For groups up to 200 persons, the Håkons Hall Cafeteria may be used, and the entry hall and VIP rooms are well-suited both for serving dinner and appetizers. A very exclusive dinner for up to 15 persons can be served on the Bislett ice in the Norwegian Olympic Museum.

Congress
As a congress hall, Håkons Hall is extremely flexible. The stands and parquet flooring can be assembled in a wide variety of ways, depending on the number of persons and theme. Other areas and rooms in the hall may also be used as needed. By dividing the hall into 2 sections, one can have a conference on the one side and a banquet on the other.

Trade fairs
As a hall for trade fairs, Håkons Hall has a capacity of 3500sq.m. on a single floor, with other available facilities such as an entry hall, a cafeteria and a VIP room that can be used as needed. Messe i Håkons Hall

Sport Centre
For sports activities, Håkons Hall offers 2 handball courts, 6 volleyball courts or 6 badminton courts, 2 squash courts, a weight room, a climbing wall, an aerobics hall and 13 changing rooms. The hall also features a golf centre with 2 golf simulators, a putting green, a golf lounge and a driving range with 8 mats.
